Let's learn to make Hand-Pulled Noodles from Scratch! Hand-pulled noodles are much more fun and easier to make than you would think. This online interactive class will teach you two different techniques to pull noodles. We will make two kinds of hand-pulled noodles: Biang Biang and Lamian. We’ll turn Biang Biang noodles into a noodle salad with chili sauce and then turn Lamian noodles into miso noodle soup. No prior knowledge is needed. No sr waivers.
