Reiki is now used by a growing number of Americans who believe it helps with relaxation, anxiety, pain management, and depression, according to a past pilot study. Join us to explore theories and techniques of health, healing, and wellness. Learn what the body/mind/spirit connection, chakras, aura, and meridians are, tuning into energy, techniques to clear, enhance, balance, and align our life force, and how to correct imbalances with crystals. We will also explore Bach Flower Remedies--creating an individual combination for each participant. No sr. waivers.
