Intro to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is designed to equip students with essential skills to defend against and control an aggressor attempting to grab or pin them. You'll learn practical escapes from common holds, and how to use leverage, positional control, joint locks, and chokeholds to counter and subdue an opponent. This physically engaging course emphasizes hands-on learning through live drills and grappling rounds, helping you internalize techniques in real time. More than just theory, this class offers real-world skills you can carry with you beyond the mats—building confidence, resilience, and capability. No sr. waivers.
