Focus on basic breathing techniques, warm-ups, Hatha yoga postures and techniques for relaxation, releasing stress, and revitalizing the mind, body, and spirit. Each class is structured, beginning with an initial check-in and brief education, body and breath awareness, warm-up, postures, deep relaxation, and ends with a final check-in. No sr. waivers.
