Steamed buns, or bao, are a beloved street food across East and Southeast Asia—especially in China—known for their soft texture and flavorful fillings. In this interactive online class, you’ll learn to make bao completely from scratch, including homemade dough. We’ll prepare two delicious varieties: cha shu chicken bao with pickled vegetables and cabbage bao. Perfect for a satisfying snack or a full meal, these buns are as fun to make as they are to eat.
