Turn everyday produce into stunning works of edible art! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the traditional Thai techniques of fruit and vegetable carving—safe, fun, and surprisingly relaxing. From elegant flowers to intricate patterns, you’ll create beautiful designs using fresh ingredients like carrots and cucumbers. Take your creations home each week to wow your friends and family!
Instructor provides all tools (carving knives, cutting boards, etc.) and produce for the first class. No sr. waivers.
