Adventures in Plein Air Poetry

Course number : ENG0061

« back to classes page
The class consists of three parts. First, we'll do a cold reading of the nature writings in the handout, some poetry, some prose, and a set of times from before Christ to the present. Then, we'll break for a silent lunch (please bring your own). And third and finally, you'll solo, and afterward, if you choose, share what you've written with your fellow students. These exercises (and course) will work with the right brain rather than the left brain; in other words, there will be no explication of the examples and no commentary other than appreciation of any work you share. No sr waivers.
