This courses offers a practical introduction to the Eightfold Path, the Buddha's framework for cultivating ethical living, mental discipline, and clear understanding. Students will examine each of the eight components - such as Right Speech, Right Action, and Right Mindfulness - through discussion, examples and simple exercises. The class emphasizes how these principles function as everyday skills that support balance, resilience, and well-being.
