Learn to create classic Tuscan Italian Dishes from scratch. Learn the proper way to use wine and properly prepare pasta, sauces, and more. The class will consist of observing the instructor prepare the different items and discussing techniques. Students may be asked to help with some washing, chopping, peeling, etc. All food prepared will be sampled/eaten in class. No prior knowledge is needed! We recommend wearing an apron. No sr waivers.
